• Provided direct clinical care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures at a major academic medical center

• Served as Medical Director for the ambulatory surgery center during the launch and first year of the Byers Eye Institute

• Acted as ASC scheduler, coordinating surgical care in the hospital-based ambulatory surgery center

• Developed and implemented curriculum for anesthesiology residents rotating through ophthalmology, urology, and ambulatory care

• Mentored medical students and residents in clinical and academic settings

• Served on two medical education committees—one focused on residency rotation directors and one on undergraduate medical education

• Participated in an operating room committee focused on improving communication, safety, and workflow across surgical services

• Helped onboard newly hired anesthesiologists through a structured orientation program
